A. Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. EST usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will usually ship the next business day. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Q. Do you offer Next-Day or Second Day Express Shipment?
A. No. At this time we do not ship international orders.

We are committed to ensuring your total satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it to us for full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization) number.
You can receive your RA number simply by calling our customer service phone number 718 552 2278 between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. EST Monday to Friday. Returns without a RA number will NOT be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Unless shipped in error by Medstop Pharmacy and Medical Supplies, return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned – they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per our policy. Example: Hygiene products, toileting products, bathroom products, body braces, egg crate cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints, etc.
Q. What credit cards can I use to place my order?
A. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and Visa.
Q. Can I pay by using my personal or business check?
A. Once you qualify as an established credit customer, you can make payment with a personal or business check. Otherwise, a Certified Check or Monday Order is required for customers not wishing to pay by Credit Card.
